Coach Cisneros enters his fourth year as NPFC coach and manager. He brings a strong coaching background to the program. He is a native of Sequim since moving from Moroleon Guanajuato, Mexico with his family at the age of nine. Coach Cisneros played football, basketball and soccer at Sequim High School, graduating in 2000. He went on to earn an Associate of Arts Degree at the Art Institute of Seattle before returning to Sequim. Cisneros also serves as a coach at Bainbridge Island FC, an assist coach for Peninsula College and the coach at Sequim High School.
